駅伝当日、自分は1区なので、開始の9時までのんびり過ごした。
スタート開始。最初はアスファルトのなだらかな登り。始めだけ駆けたがすぐに歩く。この段階で前には2、30名はいたろうか？結局、数名、抜けただけだった。後で結果を見たら、29位で、前回より45秒遅れだった。
他のメンバーは前回より、タイムがよくなっていたので、残念。
写真は、スタートに戻ってから撮影したスタート地点。

You really make it seem so easy with your presentation but I find this topic to be actually something which I think I would never understand.
It seems too complicated and very broad for me. I'm looking forward for your next
